* Until late tonight.
* At 1:30 PM Friday the stage was 25.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Impact... at 25.0 feet... minor flooding along the creek occurs.

the Soldier Creek near Delia.
* Until Saturday morning.
* At 2:16 PM Friday the stage was 28.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
tonight.
* Impact... at 28.7 feet... 106th Road floods about 250 feet east of
Soldier Creek in southern Jackson County.

central Kansas... Clay... cloud... Ottawa... Republic and

* additional showers and thunderstorms... some heavy at times are
expected to develop through the afternoon into the evening
hours. Heavy rainfall has fallen over the last few days and
additional heavy rains could lead to flash flooding as well as
flooding of streams and creeks.

to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
