* Flash Flood Warning for...
Camp County in northeastern Texas...
Upshur County in northeastern Texas...
Wood County in northeastern Texas...
Titus County in northeastern Texas...
Morris County in northeastern Texas...
Smith County in northeastern Texas...
Franklin County in northeastern Texas...

* until 915 PM CDT

* at 512 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated a line of strong to severe
thunderstorms producing excessive heavy rainfall. This activity
was located from near Clarksville and Mount Vernon... onto Mineola
and Lindale and Athens Texas. Expect rainfall amounts of one to
three inches with this line of thunderstorms in a short amount of
time. Due to very saturated soils... this water will quickly runoff
resulting in flash flooding.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Tyler... Mount Pleasant... Whitehouse... Gladewater... Gilmer...
Mineola... Pittsburg... Winnsboro... Leesburg... Hagansport...

the White Oak creek near Talco.
* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 10:15 am Monday the stage was 14.8 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage by this afternoon and continue to
rise to near 18.0 feet by Wednesday evening.
* Impact... at 18.0 feet... minor lowland flooding. Move livestock and
equipment to higher ground.

* At 7:00 am Monday the stage was 27.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 29.5 feet by

days as the river slowly falls.

* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 10:15 am Monday the stage was 24.1 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 26.5 feet by
tomorrow morning then begin falling.
* Impact... at 27.0 feet... expect near record flooding with secondary
roadways closed and severe flooding of the floodplain.

across northeast Texas Sunday... during the late morning and early
afternoon... producing tornadoes and straight line wind damage.

.Tornado #1 in Harrison County in northeast Texas near Gill...
